Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

You can provide proof (photos or video) of the issue


Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Digital products or gift cards

Items returned without original packaging


Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will notify you of the refund approval or rejection

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, etc.)


Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days. For extended warranties of up to 30 days, do sign up for Queen's Registry here
